When I was working as a quality engineer in a manufacturing company, I really appreciated the importance of digital cameras. Documentation is very tedious in our department and must be included in every Quality Report are pictures of the quality issues we have encountered. I can still remember when all the digicams were unavailable. It really delayed our quality procedures, making our boss realize that our department should have its own digital camera, strictly for documentation purposes.
