Do you want all your employees to work as one team? Then organize a teambuilding activity where you will ask them to work in groups and ask them to create funny t-shirts that they will use in the said activity. Then they should wear their shirts on the next tasks they need to accomplish. Promote a lighter atmosphere with easy and fun games that still stick to one purpose – to promote the concept of unity.
