We are planning a sportsfest this coming July to promote camaraderie among the employees. Several games such as baseball, badminton and basketball will be held. We also ordered personalized baseball bats for tokens to those who will nail it in the said events. I know that the market isn’t picking up that much yet but I consider such activities as very important events because this will rekindle the friendship among employees and also motivate them at work.
